印尼镍业面临政策调整挑战

近期，印尼政府作出关键决策，将政府批准的工作计划和预算（RKAB）中矿产与煤炭生产期限，由原本的三年缩短为一年。这一变动，使得印尼镍业再次置身于挑战的风口浪尖。

矿业公司 Eramet Indonesia 首席执行官 Jérôme Baudelet 于 2025 年 8 月 25 日表示，“RKAB 法规再次修订为一年，我们虽表示欢迎，但在规划层面存在一定困难” 。

此前，RKAB 生产期限为三年时，企业能够展开长期的矿业开发规划，因而企业家们对三年的 RKAB 规定颇为认可。然而，当 RKAB 期限重新变回一年，企业开始担忧下一年度的条款和条件与原计划不符。杰罗姆指出，“有人担心明年无法依照原计划获取政府批准” 。

除期限变更外，杰罗姆还着重强调了其他挑战。一方面，矿产和煤炭开采特许权使用费提高；另一方面，印尼镍业存在ȿ..关税上调正值行业陷入衰退之时” 。
