First Quantum Minerals搁置赞比亚铜矿少数股权出售计划
First Quantum Minerals Ltd. 在达成一笔10亿美元的黄金流交易缓解资产负债表压力后，搁置了出售其赞比亚铜矿少数股权的计划。
去年年初，该公司表示，自2023年末旗舰项目巴拿马矿山被迫关闭后，正考虑剥离其在赞比亚Kansanshi和Sentinel业务的少数股权。首席执行官Tristan Pascall称，本月与Royal Gold Inc.达成的出售Kansanshi部分黄金产出的交易，改变了公司资产剥离的需求。
