巴西竞争管理机构对英美资源集团（伦敦证券交易所代码：AAL）拟以高达5亿美元向中国五矿资源有限公司出售其在巴西镍矿业务的计划展开调查。
此次调查由《金融时报》率先报道，起因是地区直接竞争对手、全球工业集团CoreX Holding提出投诉。今年2月，英美资源集团宣布将其巴西镍矿出售给在香港上市、由中国国有金属矿业公司中国五矿集团控股的五矿资源。该交易预计本季度完成。
