9月3日，清远市德晟投资集团有限公司携手圣力（清远）钢制品有限公司、广东财源特钢有限公司等6家钢铁生产企业，就共同组建广东广清特钢集团有限公司，于德晟商务大厦13楼举行签约仪式。市发展改革局相关领导以及德晟集团和6家企业领导出席。
在各方见证下，各企业代表签署《合资投资协议》，新公司起步注册资金1亿元。广清特钢集团旨在解决清远钢铁产业“小散弱”难题，凭借绿色低碳电弧炉短流程炼钢工艺，专注高端优特钢研发制造，延伸产业链至高附加值端，助力清远从“钢铁大市”向“特钢强市”转变，打造广东省低碳冶金示范基地，树立行业转型标杆。
