近日，宝钢德盛0026;实现吨钢采购成本下降15%的目标，围绕“价差、量差、项目化”三大途径，明确各降5%的核心任务，并部署了三项降本举措。

首先是短期要严格控制出入库及金额，绝不能超支；从长期来看，要对计划体系和审批流程进行优化，建立联储联备机制，减少不必要以及紧急的申购，通过这些方式达成成本下降。

其次，宝钢德盛对标太原基地，挖掘运维材料与备件方面的降本空间。推动高性价比物料的应用，实行国产化替代，还会通过聚量采购与优化渠道，争取实现5% – 20%的降幅。
