内蒙古能源集团有限公司（蒙能集团）发布化德、磴口、赤峰市巴林左旗3个独立储能项目，1.3GW/5.2GWh储能系统设备采购中标结果揭晓。中车株洲所、比亚迪、山东电工时代分别预中标三个标段，中标单价分别为0.396元/Wh、0.393元/Wh、0.399元/Wh ，该招标涵盖全套设备。

尽管市场关注电芯产能趋紧与价格上涨，但这一态势暂未明显影响储能系统实际报价。多家电芯厂商满产，订单排至12月甚至明年一季度，下游需求旺盛而供应趋紧。不过系统集成端报价仍呈下行，反映价格传导不同步，市场竞争激烈。

8月储能采招规模创新高
机构数据显示，8月储能系统及EPC（含设备）招中标落地超69GWh，同比增超500% ，另有超13GWh储能电芯和直流侧采招落地。内蒙古市场需求强劲，招标量达18.5GWh ，蒙能集团采招规模8.4GWh。其项目经济性高，IRR达16.3% ，2025年计划投产规模大，有力支撑装机。
