此项目由江苏敬业钢铁有限责任公司投资10.8亿元打造，占地133.43亩，总建筑面积4.1万平方米。其核心在于以1台330㎡带式烧结机组替换原有的2台180㎡步进式烧结机组，并配套建设燃料破碎室、配料室、环冷机等完整工艺系统。投产后，预计年产烧结矿366万吨。
