刚果（金）战略矿产监管机构于周日宣布，该国将钴出口禁令延长至10月15日，10月16日起解除禁令并实施年度出口配额。依据公告，矿企在2025年剩余时间内，最多可出口18,125吨钴，2026年与2027年的年度出口上限均为96,600吨。
