今年以来，芦岭矿在能耗管理领域持续发力，瓦斯电厂余热利用成效显著。项目通过增添 6 台 1000kW 及 4 台 750KW 发电机组配套的烟气余热蒸汽锅炉，实现发电余热向清洁蒸汽的高效转化。每年天然气节约量超 50 万 m³，达成“降本、节能、环保”多重效益，为矿井绿色转型提供可复制样本。
改造前，该矿 10 台在用余热锅炉（单台蒸发量 0.7t/h）负责非集中供暖职工浴池供汽烧水。自 2018 年启用，设备老化致换热效率下滑，需大量天然气补燃维持运行，能源浪费严重且碳排放增加。
