行业动态：浦项制铁与青山控股在印尼联合建不锈钢厂

据悉，韩国钢铁制造业龙头浦项制铁（POSCO），将携手全球最大不锈钢生产商中国青山控股集团（Tsingshan Holding Group），在印度尼西亚开展不锈钢厂的联合建设项目。此举措意味着浦项制铁的不锈钢生产布局，从供应过剩的中国市场，转向全球增长迅猛的印尼市场。

据行业官员周五透露，双方计划在苏拉威西岛的莫罗瓦利工业园区，打造一座年产能达200万吨的不锈钢厂，该产能规模与韩国中国不锈钢总产量相当。

根据合作协议，浦项制铁将从青山的附属公司PT Makmur International Investment PTE收购PT Xinheng Metal Indonesia 44.12%的股份，PT Makmur International Investment PTE则保留55.88%的股份。两家企业将共同管理负责建设该工厂的合资企业。
