根据周六最新消息，刚果民主共和国矿业监管部门宣布，持续8个月的钴出口禁令将于10月16日解除。
刚果（金）供应全球约四分之三的钴。因不满钴价过低，今年2月22日该国开始实施出口禁令，6月又延长3个月，9月最终决定实施配额制。禁令出台时，基准钴价跌破每磅10美元，此后价格翻倍，其主要出口产品氢氧化钴更是翻了逾三倍。
随着钴价回升，该国矿业监管机构宣布准备有限恢复出口。今年剩余时间仅批准出口略超1.8万吨，明后两年最高出口量也仅有每年9.66万吨，不到去年产量一半。
贸易公司Darton Commodities报告测算，若严格执行该政策，钴市场最早2026年底、最迟2027年初将转为供不应求。
