深度轧制制备纳米晶304不锈钢板材,性能提升显著
近日,中国科学院金属研究所王胜刚及其合作者,借助深度轧制技术成功制备出纳米晶304不锈钢板材(NCP – 304,整体纳米化)。与普通304不锈钢(TPC – 304)相比,NCP – 304在抗高温氧化、耐腐蚀以及应变疲劳性能方面均得到提升。
自20世纪80年代纳米材料概念问世,纳米粉体和薄膜材料便广泛应用。然而,纳米/超微晶金属结构材料的产业化进程依旧面临重重挑战。其中关键原因之一,是应力与腐蚀的交互作用,致使纳米/超微晶金属结构材料在服役时,力学性能与耐腐蚀性能难以同步提升。但纳米晶304不锈钢却有所..其力学与耐腐蚀性能皆能同时提高,且应变速率敏感性降低。
