10 月 17 日，贵州省政府新闻办召开新闻发布会，全面阐述“十四五”以来六盘水在“锚定富矿精开，加速构建特色现代化产业体系”方面的进展。

六盘水作为国务院确定的 31 个成长型资源城市之一，同时也是全国产业转型升级示范区，摒弃“挖煤卖煤”传统路径，以“富矿精开”为核心驱动力开拓新发展模式，力求实现资源价值的最大化。

“十四五”期间，六盘水坚定立足煤炭产业并不断强化。原煤产量从“十三五”末的 6290 万吨增长至 2024 年突破 8000 万吨，成功构建“产洗运配销”体系，达成分级分质利用。

与此同时，六盘水积极拓展煤炭产ĸ..焦煤储量占全省 88.7%的优势，建成年焦化产能 1080 万吨，打通粗苯、煤焦油、焦炉煤气 3 条精深加工路线，加速从“依赖煤炭生存”向“依靠煤炭兴业”转变。
