雅加达，TAMBANG消息 – PT Abadi Ogan Cemerlang（PT AOC）强调，公司并未在生产性林区开展采矿运营活动。其开展的所有业务活动均位于拥有正式许可且符合现行法律规定的区域。

PT AOC董事Aman Subagio针对部分网络媒体报道公司在Ogan Komering Ulu（OKU）县的采矿活动，作出正式澄清。“PT Abadi Ogan Cemerlang未在生产性林区开展采矿运营活动。我们所有业务活动均在符合正式许可及现行法律规定的区域内进行，”Aman Subagio在周二（10月21日）声明中强调。

他解释，PT AOC已拥有所有合法环境许可，包括环境影响分析文件（AMDAL）。相关合法性体现在DPMPTSP主任关于Pengandonan区和Semidang Aji区煤矿开采活动环境许可的第503/011/KPTS/XXXII/2019号决定，以及Ogan Komering Ulu县长关于环境适宜性的第660/1202/KPTS/XXV.1/2019号决定中。
