此项目从立项到成功应用历经3年 。自2023年11月在华东最大选矿厂凹山选矿厂实施后 ，实现产线全流程节能减排 。采用集成技术后 ，采选能耗下降14% ，选比下降55% ，金属回收率提升2.82% ，每年多收获优质铁精矿6.39万吨 。同时 ，介质消耗下降7.8% ，噪声下降超18分贝 ，产线实现100%智能集控 ，环境与社会效益显著 。
