近日，金川镍钴选矿厂第三尾矿库北库第三期子坝堆坝工程顺利通过验收，这意味着集团2025年大修重点项目圆满收官。该项目涵盖土建、管道安装及在线监测系统建设等多方面。

自开工起，金川镍钴选矿厂与各参建单位协同奋战7个月，建成四通区阀门、矿浆输送主管道及放矿支管等关键设施。这些设施为选矿厂后续1年半的尾矿堆存提供可靠保障，显著提升了尾矿库运行能力与安全水平。

此重点项目由中国恩菲工程技术有限公司设计、金川集团建设公司承建。施工过程中，金川镍钴选矿厂秉持“超前谋划、系统治理”原则，针对北库原有生产痛点，采取一系列精准有效的技术改造优化措施。

在优化管线布局方面，将原斜坡道北侧4条矿浆输送管线整体南移，既解决坝体升高带来的安装难题，又降低施工成本，使管线系统更合理、经济。整合阀门实现灵活调度，改造南北库四通区阀门及矿浆流向，打通1号与4号DN500ǟ..大幅增强尾矿输送系统应急响应能力。
