李嘉诚家族旗下企业在ø00;州开发的泷珀花园项目，销售价格出现显著下调。

泷珀花园销售人员透露，楼盘高层与叠墅在售房源价格均有降低。高层部分户型无在售房源，如105平方米户型，而72、81及51平方米小户型房源充足。在售与待售房源超300套。51平方米高层户型，当前总价约40万元，单价7800元/平方米上下，此前总价约60万元，单价约1.17万元/平方米，现相当于打66折。高层整体单价在7000 – 8000元/平方米。

不仅普通商品房，叠墅房源价格同样下调。销售人员表示，目前叠墅单价在1.2 – 1.3万元/平方米。据房天下数据，2022年7月该项目普通商品房均价约1.27万元/平方米，叠墅均价约1.64万元/平方米，叠墅折扣幅度明显。
