南非库博铁矿石公司周二发布报告称，由于货运铁路运输表现改善，9 月季度运往港口的矿石量增长了12%，季度销售量因此提升7%。

该英美资源集团旗下子公司本季度向萨尔达尼亚港交付了1020万公吨货物，而去年同期为910万公吨。这使得库博本季度总销量从之前的900万公吨增至960万公吨。

作为非洲最大的铁矿石开采商，库博在生产情况更新中指出，货运铁路网络的改善，主要得益于大宗商品生产商与国有物流企业南非运输网络集团（Transnet）持续合作，以恢复矿石出口通道。
