近日，山西省晋0013;市生态环境局发布2025年7月28日拟作出的建设项目环境影响评价文件审批意见公示。

公示信息表明，山西尚太锂电科技有限公司年产20万吨锂电池负极材料一体化项目，位于昔阳县特色产业集聚区的李家庄新材料工业园区。其主要建设内容涵盖新建磨粉、低温改性、中温改性、高温改性、碳化车间，配电室及办公生活用房等建构筑物。同时购置安装破碎机、磨粉机等设施，配套供气站、供电、供水等公用辅助与环保工程。项目建成后，设计年产20万吨锂离子电池负极材料，含10万吨高端负极材料、10万吨普通负极材料，另产18万吨增碳剂副产品。项目总投资399355.8万元，其中环保投资4000万元。
