PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara（AMNT）作为PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk的子公司，获得了印度尼西亚能源与矿产资源部（ESDM）关于铜精矿出口的推荐。此次出口许可量为48万干公吨（dmt），有效期为6个月，自2025年10月31日起至2026年4月。

该公司表示，这一推荐是贸易部为AMNT颁发铜精矿出口批准函（SPE）的重要依据。此次出口许可的发放与该公司加工和精炼设施（冶炼厂）的不可抗力状况有关。AMNT总裁Rachmat Makkasau解释称，由于闪速吹炼炉和硫酸厂的维修，冶炼厂在2025年7月和8月暂时停止运营。

“此次故障完全超出我们的能力范围，是意外且无法避免的。为防止更严重的损坏以及保障工作安全，AMNT冶炼厂设施的运营活动被迫暂时停止。”Rachmat在11月1日周六的官方声明中表示。
