上期所官网于31日发布重要消息，《上海期货交易所不锈钢期货合约》《上海期货交易所热轧卷板期货合约》，以及与之对应的《上海期货交易所不锈钢期货业务细则》《上海期货交易所热轧卷板期货业务细则》，经上海期货交易所理事会审议通过，并已上报中国证监会备案，现正式予以发布，自2025年11月20日起开始实施。

此次发布的新规，对不锈钢和热轧卷板期货交割标准进行了明确规定。在不锈钢方面，自2025年11月20日起，允许按照JIS G4305:2021生产的不锈钢制作标准仓单用于履约交割..可继续用于期货合约的履约交割。
