PT Sumber Global Energy Tbk.（SGER）旗下子公司PT Sumber Mineral Global Abadi Tbk.（SMGA）正式涉足镍冶炼业务领域，专注于冰镍生产。此次，SMGA与PT Hengsheng New Energy Material Indonesia（印尼恒生新能源材料有限公司）达成合作，共同进军镍业务。

在2025年10月31日周五，SMGA与PT Hengsheng New Energy Material Indonesia签署了战略合作伙伴协议。依据此协议，SMGA将收购Hengsheng部分股份，双方还会共同开发转炉镍冶炼设施，致力于将低冰镍转化为高冰镍。

即将建设的冶炼厂，将采用富氧侧吹炉（OESBF）技术。该技术在全球范围内，被公认为是高效且环保的镍精炼技术，能为镍冶炼过程提供有力的技术支撑。
