27日，广西汽车集团车辆事业部总装车间举行向东盟出口第5000辆整车发车仪式，这是中国－东盟自贸区建设升级下广西汽车产业国际化发展新成果。28日，中国－东盟自贸区3.0版升级议定书在马来西亚吉隆坡签署，共涵盖9个领域，包括数字经济、绿色经济等。

广西汽车集团持续深耕东盟核心市场，截至27日向东盟市场出口额已突破2亿元。其创新发展部总监奉雪称，3.0版升级议定书签署将为广西企业拓展东盟市场带来新机遇。

中国与东盟自2002年开启自贸区建设，2010年1.0版全面建成，双方超90%产品零关税。2015年完成2.0版升级，2022年11月启动3.0版建设，2025年5月全面完成谈判。
