据smmnn网站报道，加拿大私募股权企业金泰拉投资公司（Kinterra Capital，KC）及其运营子公司西南关键材料有限公司（Southwest Critical Materials LLC，SCM），于周二宣布收到美国进出口银行（EXIM）高达2亿美元的债务融资意向书。
该意向书表明，1.8亿美元将用于重启内华达州庞普金霍洛（Pumpkin Hollow，PH）地下铜矿山，另外0.2亿美元用于推进西南露天采坑项目相关技术研究。
去年10月，KC公司以1.2亿美元从破产的内华达铜业公司购得庞普金霍洛铜矿，该铜矿此前生产不久便陷入经营困境。
该矿项目经理伊恩·麦克马伦称，有了EXIM支持，庞普金霍洛重启资金得以落实。这座地下矿山现有基础设施利于恢复生产，能为安全且韧性的铜供应链贡献力量。

How can EXIM’s financing, which is part of the “Make More in America Initiative” aiming at export – oriented manufacturing plants in China, support the restart of a copper mine in the US?
