波兰冶金工业与贸易商会主席米罗斯瓦夫·莫特卡指出，行业已制定解决方案，但需立即落地。他对欧盟委员会限制免税钢铁进口、引入“冶炼与铸坯”原则的提案表示欢迎，同时强调，若没有有竞争力的电价，波兰钢铁产业将无法与欧洲其他生产商竞争。
在波兰切斯托霍瓦钢铁厂成功重...钢厂被威格洛克公司接管后，已生产21.3万吨钢材，并计划在2025年达到50万吨产量。
