贸易部称，2025 年 11 月下半月铜精矿（铜含量≥15%）出口基准价格（HPE）因国际黄金和白银价格走弱而小幅下调。贸易部外贸总局代理局长汤米·安达纳声明，11 月下半月铜精矿出口基准价平均为每湿公吨 5432.58 美元，较上半月下调 0.54% 。虽美元走强推动铜价小幅上涨，但金银价格下跌使铜精矿整体均价仍下降，11 月下半月铜价环比上涨 1.13%，黄金价格下降 1.65%，白银价格下跌 3.75%。
