7月30日，巴西贸易委员会（Gecex – Camex）发布声明，决定提前上调0005;动汽车与混合动力汽车散件进口税。自2027年1月起，完全或部分拆解的进口车辆（CKD和SKD）关税将升至35%，较原计划2028年7月提前一年半。目前此类商品进口税为14%。

该委员会同时驳回中国汽车制造商比亚迪请求，即半散件和全散件汽车进口关税分别降至10%和5%。半散件组装汽车在海外完成部分焊接、喷漆与预组装，全散件组装汽车则以完全拆解零部件形式进口，在目的国组装。
