截至11月25日，阿联酋进口螺纹钢评估价处于640 – 650美元/吨（CFR Jebel Ali）区间，相较于11月18日的640 – 654美元/吨，下跌了4美元/吨。同时，进口方坯评估价为460 – 465美元/吨（CFR Jebel Ali），较前一周的453 – 458美元/吨，上涨了7 – 12美元/吨。
近期，沙特主要钢厂获批向阿联酋出口螺纹钢与方坯。沙特最大钢厂Hadeed获准供应符合BS 4449:2005 + A3:2016标准、直径12 – 40mm的B500B螺纹钢；Al Ittefaq Steel获批供应直径10 – 50mm的B500B螺纹钢；Watania Steel获批供应ASTM A615:2022 60/80级螺纹钢（12 – 40mm），且具备方坯出口资质。此外，Al Ittefaq旗下的National Steel Company（NASCO）也获批向阿联酋出口方坯。所有认证有效期为三年，持续至2028年末。
