今年10月，据中国海关部门数据，中国半成品钢材出口总量为117万吨，环比下降21%，同比下降4.0% ，这是自今年年初以来首次出现同比下滑。
今年1 – 10月，中国半成品钢材出口量达1190万吨，同比增长157% ，较前9个月的增幅低58个百分点。
中国与黑海地区半成品钢材的价格差距缩小，导致中ś..25%的原材料或半成品钢材需在其当地市场采购，这对进口半成品钢材的需求产生负面影响。因此，中国对土耳其的半成品钢材出口量从8月的24万吨降至9月的3万吨，10月则无出口记录。
