当地时间12月11日（周四），越南国会表决通过稀土相关修订法案，限制精炼稀土出口并再次明确禁止稀土矿石出口，该法案将于2025年1月生效。法案要求越南政府对稀土勘探、开采及加工实施严格管控，仅获政府批准的主体可开展稀土开采、加工与使用活动，稀土原矿出口被全面禁止。
