南都电源（300068.SZ）近日披露，正筹划公司控制权变更相关事宜，并推进再生铅板块股权出售。公司股票将于12月12日开市起停牌，预计停牌不超过两个交易日。控股股东杭州南都电源有限公司、上海益都实业有限公司、上海南都集团有限公司合计持股约10.52%，为第一大股东集团，实际控制人周庆治，目前尚未签署相关协议，仍在协商具体交易方案及协议细节。
公司主营业务涵盖锂离子电池及系统、铅蓄电池及系统、氢能关键设备、锂铅资源再生产品的研发、制造、销售与服务。2022-2024年期间，再生铅产品为公司最大收入来源，但该板块毛利率多年持续为负，成为业务发展的拖累项。
今年以来，南都电源进..战略转型后再生铅板块主动减产，该板块营收同比减少20亿元；归母净利润约-2.2亿元，去年同期为2.47亿元，亏损主要来自回收板块。
