外电1月12日消息（SMMNN），关键矿产企业Talon Metals已完成此前宣布的对Lundin Mining旗下Eagle镍铜矿山及相关Humboldt加工厂的收购，在美国形成一家多资产、现金生产型镍铜生产商。此次交易将美国唯一在运营的初级镍矿与密歇根州Humboldt加工厂一并纳入Talon Metals控制范围。
