1月20日，希尔威金属矿业有限公司公告，与英国Chaarat黄金公司、吉尔吉斯斯坦总统下属国家投资局分别签署股权购买协议及合作协议，拟以1.62亿美元现金收购吉尔吉斯斯坦ZAAV70%股权。ZAAV核心资产包括天山地区7平方公里采矿许可证（含图尔库巴什/克孜勒塔什金矿床，资源量186吨金、644吨银）及27.42平方公里勘探许可证（涵盖Karator等矿化区，Karator已有6吨金资源量）。
希尔威同时与吉尔吉斯斯坦国家矿业公司Kyrgyzaltyn签订股份转让与股东协议，完成收购后ZAAV将改制为合资公司，希尔威持70%权益并担任运营方，Kyrgyzaltyn持30%免稀释权益。项目位于比什凯克西南490公里，交通便利，地处西天山金矿带核心区域，属世界级黄金富集区。
