近日，中国国家发改委联合工信部、财政部等部门印发再生材料应用推广行动方案，系国内首个专门部署再生材料应用推广的政策文件，明确2030年发展目标：废钢铁、废纸年回收利用量分别超3亿吨、8000万吨，再生有色金属、再生塑料年产量分别超2500万吨、1950万吨；汽车、电器电子产品、纺织等领域再生材料替代比例稳步提升；废弃物循环利用体系进一步健全，标准认证体系逐步建立，再生材料对资源安全保障及节能降碳的支撑作用显著增强。
