时隔两年，广汽埃安与华为再度“牵手”。8月11日，财联社记者独家获悉，广汽埃安计划对华望汽车进行投资，投资比例不超过30%股权。

今年3月，广汽集团投资15亿元设立华望汽车技术（广州）有限公司。广汽集团在互动平台称，华望汽车作为与华为战略合作重要载体，将整合双方在智能化技术、产品开发及产业链资源等优势，打造面向30万元级高端市场的创新产品。目前，公司稳步推进团队建设与产品研发，首款车型预计2026年面世。

早在2021年7月，广汽集团公告董事会通过《关于广汽埃安与华为（AH8车型）项目的议案》。双方基于广汽GEP3.0底盘平台、华为CCA构建新一代智能汽车数字平台，搭载华为全栈智能汽车解决方案，联合定义、开发智能汽车。该项目为联合开发的首款中大型智能纯电SUV，总投资7.88亿元，计划2023年底量产。

然而，合作并不顺利。2023年3月27日，广汽集团公告，AH8项目由联合开发变更为自主开发，华为继续以供应商身份参与。项目总投资调整为12.33亿Ņ..
