继年中多地汽车置换补贴相继暂停后，时隔近两个月，部分省市陆续重启省补，并将形式改为定时“发券” 。
8月11日，甘肃省此前暂停53天的“以旧换新”补贴全面回归。甘肃省商务厅公告表明，新系统适用于消费者申请汽车置换更新、家电及3C数码产品换新、电动自行车以旧换新、家装厨卫“焕新”补贴。全省汽车报废更新仍通过商务部“全国汽车流通信息管理平台”申报补贴 。
其最新补贴申报流程为申领资格码（当天有效，每人每月每个品类领取不超5次），再购买补贴商品。资格码按“先到先得”原则申领，当日使用，逾期作废 。
