3月31日，中国贵州省毕节高新区管委会发布毕节高新磷酸铁锂火法建设项目环境影响评价第一次公示。该项目依托原力帆厂区既有建筑与设施开展适应性改造，同步新建必要公用工程及辅助设施，总体规划建设年产100万吨磷酸铁锂的火法生产线。
项目分三期推进：一期工程形成年产30万吨生产能力，二期新增40万吨，三期新增30万吨（本次环境影响评价范围仅涵盖一期工程）。工艺环节中，黄料在氮气保护氛围下经高温烧结生成磷酸铁锂（LiFePO₄），副产物为水和二氧化碳；所得正极材料需经破碎、除铁工序后包装入库。
