日前，河北省公共资源交易服务平台发布永清县县域内公共建筑物屋顶建设分布式光伏项目工程总承包废标公告，因有效投标人不足三家，本次招标流标。
本项目为分布式光伏电站建设项目，总投资39460万元，其中建安工程估算价14000万元。建设内容聚焦永清县域内机关事业单位屋顶资源，通过分布式光伏组件吸收太阳辐射转化为电能，配套逆变器等设备实现电能控制与输出。
项目规划铺设面积315119.20㎡，拟布置2384mm×1303mm×3mm、710Wp的光伏组件98592块，理论装机容量70MW；辅材含热镀锌支架、..水泥墩、斜撑、角铁、不锈钢螺丝等，具体用量依现场实际调整。建成后预计年均发电量8359.70万kW·h，建设地点位于廊坊市永清县。
