项目位于保定涿州市高官庄镇廊涿高速与京白路交叉口，占地66.75亩，规划装机包含150MW/600MWh磷酸铁锂电池储能与50MW飞轮储能ϼ..储能系统核心部件涵盖储能设备、电气设备、电池管理系统（BMS）、储能变流器（PCS）、能量管理系统（EMS）及飞轮储能系统等。
