澳大利亚反倾销委员会于2026年5月4日发布第2026/044号公告，宣布澳大利亚工业、创新和科学部长通过其对中国进口热轧钢卷（Hot Rolled Coil Steel）的反补贴终裁建议。自公告发布之日起，对中国所有出口商按从价税形式征收3.4%的反补贴税，宝山钢铁股份有限公司、宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司、上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司及中国湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司4家企业除外。
公告同时明确，以下产品不适用上述征税措施：一是符合GB/T1591-2008标准或后续标准的热轧合金钢板卷（Q690MD）；二是符合Q/BQB316-2018标准或后续标准、最小屈服强度不低于680 MPa的热轧合金钢板卷（BS700MCK2或BS700MCK4）。
