2026年5月4日，澳大利亚反倾销委员会发布第2026/043号公告称，澳大利亚工业、创新和科学部长通过澳大利亚反倾销委员会对进口自中国的热轧钢卷（Hot Rolled Coil Steel）作出的反倾销终裁建议，决定自公告发布之日起征收反倾销税：出口商宝山钢铁股份有限公司（Baoshan Iron & Steel Co Ltd）为59.1%，宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司（Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co Ltd）为38.1%，上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司（Shanghai Meishan Iron & Steel）为54.9%，中国湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司（Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co Ltd）为41.6%，中国其他出口商为79.0%。
以下产品不征税：热轧合金钢板卷，Q690MD，符合GB/T1591-2008标准或后续标准；热轧合金钢板卷，BS700MCK2或BS700MCK4，符合Q/BQB316-201或后续标准，最小屈服强度不低于680 MPa。
