中煤建设集团新疆分公司准东项目管理部铁路一环线快速装车站改造工程首次重载带煤运行成功，119分钟内完成106个集装箱、3340吨煤炭装载，标志着新疆首套多斗式双溜槽快速装车系统正式投运。该工程采用EPC总承包模式，核心为传统装车站改造，配备两套定量双溜槽装车装置，新建快装站高30.25米、总重约420吨。
工程创新采用旋转多斗定量称重装车技术，取消传统缓冲仓，设6个独立计量旋转称重仓，总有效仓容超240吨。双溜槽间距约6米，可实现两个标准集装箱“一站式双装”于同一平板车，理论上成倍提升集装箱装车效率。
