汾西矿业正升煤业近日正式建成投产，标志着矿井由基建期全面转型至生产期，以智能化、安全化、高效化姿态迈入新阶段。该矿位于吕梁市汾阳市三泉镇，采用主斜副立开拓方式，主采9+10+11号煤层，属低瓦斯、中等水文地质类型，生产能力达90万吨/年。已建成智能化体系，配套安全、环保、消防及生产运输系统，生产条件成熟，保障能力完备。
基建期间，正升煤业重点攻坚资源整合、化解过剩产能、智能化改造等关键阶段，稳步完成井巷工程、设备安装、系统调试等建设任务，完善硬件设施与生产条件，为达标投产奠定基础。2025年10月，矿井通过...焦煤组织的联合试运转验收，联试期间全面提速竣工验收。面对专项验收类别多、标准高、审批层级复杂等挑战，成立验收专班，实行清单化管理、挂图作战、限时督办，压实责任破解难题，加快投产进度。
