美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）16日宣布，允许符合特定技术规格的中国新型玩具无人机进入美国市场销售。此前，FCC于去年12月以“对美国国家安全构成不可接受的风险”为由，禁止所有新型外国无人机及其关键零组件进口，涉及中国大疆创新和道通智能等企业。
美国防部评估认为，“技术含量低、风险可控的玩具类”无人机不构成国家安全威胁，其在飞行距离、续航能力、传感功能、载荷能力、连接性及数据采集存储等方面，均不具备传统无人机的“内置功能与特性”。
