政府确认50%生物柴油（B50）强制计划将于下月起同步启动。能源与矿产资源部（ESDM）表示，此项棕榈油混合比例提升政策的实施，将以市场技术适应期为开端。
ESDM部新能源、可再生能源与能源节约总局局长Eniya Listiani Dewi解释，过渡过程不会在启动当日立即全面铺开。“政策核心为7月1日起正式强制实施，第二阶段设定三个月过渡期，”她于6月25日（周四）在雅加达接受采访时表示。
Eniya指出，给予过渡期旨在为燃油企业（BU BBM）提供清理前期库存的机会。“过渡期的主要任务包括两方面：一是消化现有库存，二是若炼厂仍有B40供应，与B50调和后虽规格略有差异，但需确保混合比例不低于40%，并逐步向50%目标过渡。”
