美国政府在其关键矿产草案清单中新增了铜、钾盐和硅等矿产，这是自2018年首次发布以来最重大的一次修订。
根据2020年《能源法案》要求，每三年需对清单进行更新。此次更新在2022版基础上，现包含54种矿产。拟新增6种——铜、硅、钾盐、银、铅和铼，同时剔除碲和砷两种。
