贸易部（Kemendag）仍在等待能源与矿产资源部（ESDM）关于PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara（AMNT）铜精矿出口许可的相关建议。

贸易部工业与矿业产品出口司司长Andri Gilang Nugraha表示，出口许可延期申请与不可抗力情况有关。据悉，Amman Mineral的铜精矿出口已于2024年12月31日到期。“据我们所知，Amman Mineral以不可抗力为由申请了铜精矿出口许可延期。” Gilang于2025年10月22日周三向Bisnis表示。

他还称，该申请目前仍在能源与矿产资源部的处理过程中。因此，关于出口量和出口许可有效期，相关方仍在等待能源与矿产资源部的正式建议。Gilang强调，截至目前，尚未为AMNT颁发出口许可。“根据现行规定，企业在获得能源与矿产资源部的建议后，可向贸易部申请出口许可。” 他说道。
