11月5日，塔里木油田轮台20万千瓦光伏发电项目光伏区EPC总承包中标候选人公布。第一中标候选人为中建四局安装工程有限公司，第二中标候选人为中油(新疆)石油工程有限公司，第三中标候选人为中国葛洲坝集团电力有限责任公司。

该项目位于新疆巴州轮台县吉格代却勒村，县城西南方向约39km处。项目交流侧总装机容量20万千瓦，直流侧总装机容量24.08万千瓦。同时，配套建设220千伏升乐汇集站1座以及20兆瓦/40兆瓦时电池储能电站1座，并以1回5.7千米220千伏架空线路接入轮南220千伏变电站。

关于计划工期，实际开工日期以招标人或监理单位发出的开工通知单为准，计划开工日期为2025年11月20日。计划主体工程完工且具备并网条件日期为2026年6月30日，计划并网日期为2026年7月30日，计划全容量并网日期为2026年10月30日。
