SK海力士于5日宣称，已与英伟达就明年HBM4的供应完成价格与数量谈判。据熟悉SK海力士的消息人士透露，HBM4供应价格将比HBM3E高出50%以上。SK海力士向英伟达供应HBM4的单价确认为约560美元（约合80万韩元）。此前业内预期HBM4单价约500美元，实际交付价格超出预期10%以上，较当前供应的HBM3E（约370美元）高出超50%。
