近日，包钢股份长材厂在1号生产线成功试轧1Cr13、2Cr13、3Cr13不锈钢线材。经检测，试轧产品的尺寸、性能等各项指标，完全满足用户要求。此次成功试轧，为包钢股份线材产品系列增添新成员，展现出长材厂在线材生产领域扎实的技术实力与创新能力。
1Cr13、2Cr13、3Cr13不锈钢含铬量为12%-14%，具备优良的耐腐蚀性、韧性及机械强度。但因其导热系数仅为普通碳钢的1/3 ，热膨胀系数大，高温塑性区间窄，对轧制过程的温度控制、变形节奏及设备精度要求更高，轧制难度极大。
为实现技术突破，长材厂对此次试轧周密部署，跨专业协同推进，提出“高标准、全流程、零失误”的要求。针对不锈钢“易粘钢、易开裂、尺寸波动敏感”特性，在1号生产线制定专项管控方案，确保原料、设备、工艺、质量、安全各环节责任到人、管控到位。
本次试轧以φ5.5mm、φ6.5mm、φ9.0mm规格为核心目标，在1号生产线各工序全程紧扣生产技术要ǂ..废钢，保证设备精度与运行。
